For the Howa Mini Action Picatinny Rail to Action, torque can depend on the receiver. Please check with the rifle manufacturer (HowaUSA) to verify allowable torque into the receiver. Always ensure your torque wrench is calibrated. Talley Manufacturing is not responsible for damage caused to scopes or firearms due to over-torquing.

Loctite Recommendations:

Using Loctite for the screws going into the Howa Mini Action receiver is acceptable. However, do not use anything stronger than Loctite Blue 242. It is not recommended to use Loctite on the ring screws. Always test fit before applying any Loctite.
