How to Use:

To Expand:

1. Hold the large end and grip the outer two segments

2. Twist the mouthpiece counter-clockwise to unscrew

3. Pull out the narrow neck, then continue twisting counter-clockwise until snug

4. Unscrew the middle segment, extend, and twist until fully assembled
   → Avoid cross-threading and do not over-tighten

To Collapse:
Follow the above steps in reverse, turning clockwise to re-nest each section.
