Bergara's CURE® barrel technology perfects the combination of carbon and steel by managing heat dissipation. Utilizing a proprietary carbon weave with embedded stainless steel strands, this barrel remains ultralight, rigid, and durable while optimizing heat management for enhanced shot-to-shot consistency.
The Crest Carbon's stock is crafted using CF-RTM technology, an advanced process popular in the aerospace and automotive industries. Hand-assembled dry carbon fibers are reinforced with an injected resin, creating a lightweight yet rigid stock with a built-in carbon spine for unmatched durability. This technology, coupled with Length-of-Pull (LOP) spacers, offers an adaptable fit for various shooting styles.
The Bergara B-14 action features a two-lug bolt system with a sliding extractor, ensuring seamless cartridge feeding and extraction. A Sniper Grey Cerakote® finish enhances corrosion resistance, while fluting on the barrel reduces weight and improves aesthetics.
This model includes a precision adjustable trigger, allowing for pull weight modifications from 1.5 to 3.5 lbs with a simple Allen key—no gunsmith required. A smooth trigger shoe provides an ergonomic and comfortable shooting experience.
The M5 cutout offers flexibility, allowing users to switch between AICS-style detachable box magazines and a traditional floorplate. The Crest Carbon comes with a detachable 5-round AICS-compatible magazine.
